We have installed a new state of the art CNC cutting machine. The new machine not only speeds production and part accuracy but with its advanced nesting software allows for much improved yield and reduced waste from our materials.
In an 8 hour shift the machine can produce more cut material with one setter operator than we were previously achieving with two people working for 12 hrs.
The machine can cut our toughest materials with “one offs” being easily programmed and cut enabling improved lead times to be achieved.
