Pioneering webslings

Our innovative websling designs secured us a new client recently – with great results, thanks to our lifiting division. After being given a tight deadline to manufacture and deliver webslings, the team developed a solution to lift a 51m long, 400 tonne Trinity yacht that needed to be loaded in Florida and transported to the Middle East. It was not a simple task, and required specialist engineering knowledge and experience to get the job done.

A job well done

Our lifting devision got the request turned around quickly, meaning our client was able to move the yacht swiftly. Our custom solution included a total of sixteen quadplex side-by-side polyester webslings. These were delivered to the customer – and designer of the life – Delphini of Port Tilbury. Delphini was also responsible for the design and manufacture of the equalising plates, spreaders, and cradling system.
