Checkmate Launches RFID Ship Equipment

Share post

In a world’s first, CFE has launched radio frequency identification (RFID) tracking for dunnage bags and other ship’s equipment.

RFID will mean improved inventory control and allow records to be kept of service and repair of dunnage bags and the CFE air pressure maintenance systems used with them.

Servicing records can be downloaded and the system is adaptable to any equipment the owner may wish to use it with.
