Checkmate Flexible Engineering developed the technology of reliable, hand-built peristaltic hoses for hose pumps. Our hoses benefit from many years of experience in the design and manufacture of rubber materials, and a full range of liner compounds is available for different applications.

Peristaltic hose sizes

Our peristaltic Hoses are available for any make of pump requiring a reinforced hose with an inside diameter from 30mm to 200mm (the world’s largest). Checkmate Flexible Engineering supplies most of the pump OEMs and also major distributors.

Continually assessed

Specially developed peristaltic hoses in the UK

As with all our materials, we use specially developed rubber compounds for our peristaltic hoses. The outer layers are made from highly abrasion-resistant natural rubber, which, with the nylon reinforcement, gives the hoses the strength to withstand high working pressures.

We ensure that the hose is perfectly suited to your required use: the liner compound is chosen accordingly, and all hoses are precision ground to the outer diameter needed.

CFE has its own test facility for peristaltic hoses using a series of peristaltic pumps so that longevity and quality during operation can be continually assessed.
